Privacy Policy update

Hey all. It is I. WinRaR. Its alt time again, anyways I made a change to stibarc on github and it was accepted. I think Josh mentioned that he had to notify us if the Privacy Policy and I just updated it so bam get notified. Also am happy because I changed to Privacy Policy and it was accepted. Josh does that make me dev?
