1. STiBaRC columns was basically a repeat of the original, and so it never caught on. It only made it harder to have to use two different apps. It still exists, just completely inactive. 2. I'm not sure what the coding is and why it's any different, you should wait for Josh to answer this.
1. Same as Aldeenyo. 2. It does, almost all of it is the same. It’s just fallen behind on updates and the features of regular STiBaRC. It’s basically discontinued but not shut down. It hardly got used.
