[STiBaRC Trivia] Defunct Services of STiBaRC

This is the last of STiBaRC Trivia! For our last trivia, we will talk about the former services STiBaRC had. STiBaRC Messenger The first defunct service is STiBaRC Messenger. STiBaRC Messenger--as you would not believe--was an instant message service. It was accessible from the STiBaRC website directly. During the prime time era of third party clients, alternate ones such as ASTiW included Messenger with additional features such as sorting chats by time, the ability to pin chats, links for files, etc. STiBaRC Messenger unfortunately was phased out sometime between 2020-2021. It is rumored the service will come back in the future. STiBaBS (So This is Bascially a Blog Service) A blog service from STiBaRC. Rumored to have been an idea from Verso, though disputed. Allowed users to create and manage their own blog. Introduced in 2018, phased out by 2020-ish. STiBaRC|Columns Column style posts separate from the STiBaRC website. Launched on February 13, 2018. Due to little usage, it was discontinued within two months. STiBaRC|Columns also had its own mobile application. Legacy STiBaRC An official client of STiBaRC. Essentially STiBaRC 1.0, but was able to support the retrieval of modern posts. Launched sometime in the early 2020s, phased out due to launch of STiBaRC API 4. Rumored to make a comeback. The Legacy STiBaRC name is also used as a reissue and archival label for STiBaRC Records, established in 2025. STiBaRC Comics A service that never launched. STiBaRC Comics was an idea by Verso to host a comic adaptation of LIFE after the game was shelved. Only a prologue chapter of the comic was shared, but the service itself never started. Other services? Honestly, some may have been missed, but these seem to be the 'core' products. Stay tuned in the comments for some archived logos and artwork for these services. And that wraps up STiBaRC Trivia. Thank you for reading along. All information was sourced directly from the STiBaRC website. Jim🅱️o out.
