Shape the dough into a ball and place in the oven.
Break up the egg whites into the batter until well blended.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Scald the milk mixture until smooth and elastic (about 4 to 6 minutes).
Bounce the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until golden brown.
Bring to a boil.
Every 15 minutes, reduce the heat.
Return to a boil.
Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry.
Slide onto an unprepared cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Grill the other side until the crepe is no longer pink.
Vigorously burn a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
