Glorious day, STiBaRC-ians! After years of waiting, asking "STiBaRC Redesign when?", and reminding me of the countless times I've said "Soon"... It's finally soon! The new client comes with countless highly requested features: - Multiple attachments - Attachments on comments - Votes on comments - Editing posts, comments, and the attachments on them - Banners! - Reliable profile pictures!!! - Thumbnails on images and videos And most importantly of all: a fresher design that's better optimized! You'll find that the site loads much faster, as the new client is actually smaller than the old one by means of components, and the backend is substantially faster! Want to know why? Because it doesn't store everything in large JSON files, but a real database! Who would have thought? A new API version was just released with the client, and nicer looking documentation is coming later in the week. Unfortunately the old API versions are unmaintainable and incompatible with the new data representation, and in an unprecedented move for STiBaRC, have been removed. Also released today: The new STiBaRC TV! More reliable than the previous iteration, and with a enhanced chat! Steaming details are as follows: Server: rtmp://tv.stibarc.com/stream Stream key: stream Additionally: STiBaRC Clips just released, giving you a new outlet to post and interact with media on STiBaRC. Not present in the initial release, but coming at a later date, is the ability to record new Clips directly on the site. For now you'll have to upload them yourself. Keep STiBaRC-ing on!
