The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (linked in the footer of the page) have been updated to reflect changes to the site and Ohio state law (Ohio Revised Code Section 1349.09). As such, you must be 16 years or older to use the service. Entering your birthday is now a required field during registration.

I don't think you're actually covered by that law because there you don't actually have a followed users list but probably best to be safe anyways.
