Cloudflare enabled

As of November 17, 2017 at 10:30 PM EST, Cloudflare has been enabled for STiBaRC. This is just a test, we'll see how it goes when it comes to site functionality and performance. Some of you may see no difference for quite a while, as your browser refreshes it's dns cache. Not important. If anything goes critically wrong, Cloudflare will be disabled.
