Preannounced Server Downtime

Announcing it just before I shut it down, so it's technically "preannounced", but the server will be down for a little bit as I attempt some upgrades. It'll be rolled back if anything goes wrong. In the meantime, STiBaRC and associated services will obviously be down. Good luck!
