Anyone have cheap php web hosting?

I've been using 000webhost for a while and it sucks. (free ≠ good) Since I've been forced to go from a free .tk domain to a paid domain, I'd like to also upgrade the hosting. The only problem is I'm not making money off this web project so I need something cheap. <small>Cant wait for STiBaRC Cloud</small>
