Friendly Ian King A Short Story by Yup12345 Ian King was thinking about Mr. Perez again. Mr. was a controlling doctor with curvaceous thighs and tall ankles. Ian walked over to the window and reflected on his snooty surroundings. He had always loved old-fashioned New York with its flaky, few fields. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel delighted. Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the a controlling figure of Mr. Perez. Ian gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a friendly, articulate, Diet Pepsi drinker with brown thighs and curvy ankles. His friends saw him as a mangled, massive monster. Once, he had even made a cup of tea for a square baby flamingo. But not even a friendly person who had once made a cup of tea for a square baby flamingo, was prepared for what Mr. had in store today. The drizzle rained like rampaging horses, making Ian stressed. Ian grabbed a ribbed rock that had been strewn nearby; he massaged it with his fingers. As Ian stepped outside and Mr. came closer, he could see the sore glint in his eye. Mr. gazed with the affection of 6927 modest green gerbils. He said, in hushed tones, "I love you and I want Love." Ian looked back, even more stressed and still fingering the ribbed rock. "Mr., I love you," he replied. They looked at each other with afraid feelings, like two purple, powerless pigeons jumping at a very adorable funeral, which had drum and bass music playing in the background and two smart uncles partying to the beat. Ian studied Mr.'s curvaceous thighs and tall ankles. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Ian in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't love you Mr.." Mr. looked healthy, his emotions raw like a tough, talented torch. Ian could actually hear Mr.'s emotions shatter into 6912 pieces. Then the controlling doctor hurried away into the distance. Not even a drink of Diet Pepsi would calm Ian's nerves tonight. THE END
