STiBaRC Radio Notice

The service known as STiBaRC Radio will not be active starting today until March 3rd as we will be moving our jury rigged set up using OBS and other services entirely into a hand made system running on node js. If you have any questions feel free to comment. And yes, I will probably annoy herronjo with dumb questions.
