astiw update with new settings

astiw settings page gets a major update, with a tabbed layout check out the "features" tab to see new things new settings in the update: * you can turn off opening links in a new tab * you can turn on loading images automatically instead of with clicking button * you can turn on hiding posts you downvoted from the list * you can turn on splitting comments up more clearly with horizontal lines * you can turn off scroll to top buttons * you can turn off infinite scroll * you can turn on scroll to comment field button additionally: * comment order flipper is back, because there is nothing wrong with it (just oldest first is always default) * links in post titles are now clickable (only on the post page) * percent upvoted indicator no longer looks weird * bug fixes astiw is at https://savaka2.github.io/astiw/ if you don't already know
