STiBaRC's predecessor was an unfinished project called "Roomies". It was going to be an Android only social media service that would have allowed you to create rooms to chat and post in. Kind of like groups. You'd invite your friends into a room, where you could post and chat (with a built in chat) in, and only those in the room could see it. There'd be public and private rooms. It never made it to any public release state, so likely you didn't know.
